Standard processing typically requires up to 3 business days, during which your products are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We offer a standard international shipping fee of USD $5.99 for most destinations.
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your destination, local customs procedures, and courier services.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
3. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to ship every order promptly, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation delays
- Peak shipping seasons
- Carrier service interruptions
Should any unexpected delays occur, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Order Tracking
After your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

8. Delayed Tracking Updates

If your tracking information has been updated within the last 7 days, your shipment is generally progressing normally.

Delivered but Not Received
Once the carrier marks a shipment as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If you cannot locate your package after delivery confirmation, we recommend checking:
- Around your property
- With household members
- With neighbors
- With your apartment office or building management
- With the local delivery carrier
